• When RESLIB is already registered to a RECON ID, ABENDS878
  occurs in the following functions:
  - "Manage IMS Groups" of  IMS Administration Tool
  - "Rename RECON ID and/or Change IMS libraries on editing IMS
  subsystem" of  IMS Admin Foundation

  When viewing or updating IMS group, RECON ID, and IMS libraries,
  the following errors occur:
   - When RESLIB is already registered in RECON ID, ABENDS878
     occurs.
   - When FMTLIB is already registered in RECON ID, FMTLIB and
     IMSCATHLQ are not stored in the RECON ID.
  
  These errors appear in the following functions:
  
    - "Manage IMS Groups" in "Setup and Administration" of IMS
      Administration Tool
    - "Rename RECON ID and/or Change IMS libraries on editing IMS
      subsystem" of IMS Administration Foundation
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been modified to correctly read
  and update RECON ID even if it has RESLIB and FMTLIB
  information.
