Error description

• Compliance check is failing valid 277CA file citing the reason
  of maximum usage of REF segment at 2220D loop but as per TR3
  notes two REF segments are allowed.  Only one REF segment is
  allowed in the base X12 standard.

Problem conclusion

• X12 5010 Base Standards and TR3 for 5010X214 conflict on number
  of REFs allowed in the 2220D loop for 5010X214, so structure
  file was shipped to match the X12 limit.  This has been updated
  to allow 2 REF segments per the TR3.
  
  Applies to:
  Healthcare Pack HIPAA 10.2.1.
