  Additional details:
  For IMS Administration Foundation users, the following fix will
  be provided by this APAR:
  * The UMS server has been modified to address the issue that the
    error message IZPMS0006E is returned from the UMS server at
    IMS data sharing group registration when no IMS Connect server
    is connected to any ODBM server or no ODBM server exists for
    the data sharing group. The issue prevented such an IMS data
    sharing group to be registered to the UMS server.
  
  NOTE: The issue mentioned above can occur only if the IMS
  Administration Foundation feature is activated on the UMS server
  and the UMS administrator user tries to register an IMS data
  sharing group to the UMS server.
  
  For IMS Administration Foundation users, the following new
  functions will be added by this APAR:
  1. A new dashboard for Open Database Manager (ODBM) servers and
     their resources will be added. The IMS Connect dashboard will
     be enhanced to link it with the new ODBM dashboard.
  2. The user will be able to select a delimiter from a list when
     exporting an IMS command processor output and a set of
     statistics data for a DBD. The dialog to be displayed for the
     delimiter selection is same as that for the SQL processor.
