Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED:                                              *
* All Db2 13 users who issue DISPLAY PROFILE                   *
* or DISPLAY DYNQUERYCAPTURE command.                          *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
* Users with DISPLAY privilege are not                         *
* allowed to execute the DISPLAY PROFILE                       *
* or DISPLAY DYNQUERYCAPTURE command.                          *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
Users with only the DISPLAY privilege cannot execute the
DISPLAY PROFILE or DISPLAY DYNQUERYCAPTURE command. DISPLAY
privilege is not supported for these commands.
