  1. KO2O1000W DB2 ACCOUNTING CLASS ONE TRACE STATUS IS INACTIVE
     after Db2 V13 put2308.
  2. Support Db2 V13 16 op buffers (PUT2308, FL504)
  3. Batch Statistics job for creation of SAVE and SAVE CONVERT
     files abends with S0C4 when subcommand parameter APPSTAT or
     USERSTAT is used and there are no IFCID 411/412 data in the
     input file.
  4. REMOTE USER STATISTICS data (IFCID 412) is not correct in
     the statistics trace, report, CSV file and PDB when IFCID
     412 records are not present in every interval.
  5. Statistics report sub-option data is not shown in some
     reports if multiple reports are requested in the same job.
  6. Fixed typo on KDPSTRTH.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Updated Db2 IATT Control block offset to get the active trace
     information properly.
  2. Support Db2 V13 16 OP buffers.
  3. Updated SAVE and SAVE CONVERT processing for Batch Statistics
     to avoid early exit.
  4. Logic adjusted for processing IFCID 412 intervals.
  5. Fixed Statistics report to show sub-option data based on
     given input.
  6. Corrected spelling error on KDPSTRTH.
