Error description
WASService helper tool (wassservicehelper) writes WASService commands that are issued to a file called WASServiceCmd.rep. The "WASService -add" command is not stored correctly in this file.

This does not affect operation, only the information saved in the report file is incorrect.
Problem conclusion
