• Some monitoring fields in the SM anchor are wrong.

  *                      sma_stats_atl_went_sos and              *
  *                      sma_stats_atl_went_sos_local have       *
  *                      incorrect values.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  Monitoring field sma_zosstor_atl_sos_resolved contains the local
  time rather than GMT. Monitoring fields sma_stats_atl_went_sos
  and sma_stats_atl_went_sos_local have incorrect values.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHSMOM has been changed to correct the three fields.
