  When running the Plugin Configuration Tool, one of the
  routines of the ANT script is to append configuration lines to
  the webserver's configuration file.  This process alters the
  file's permissions back to a default value.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ANT script has been updated so that it will perserve the
  file permissions.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.25 & 9.0.5.18. For more information, see 'Recommended
