Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Clean up a previously installed USERMOD *
  ****************************************************************
  If the USERMOD SPH0002 was installed in a CQM target zone, a
  customer may experience an SMPE APPLY PREREQ failure when
  attempting to install UI92410. Since SPH0002 had some ++DELETE
  statements there is no way to do a RESTORE or REJECT in order to
  install UI92410.
  

Problem conclusion

• This PTF contains all the parts for UI92410 and SPH0002 as well
  including SPH0002 in the ++APAR SUP list.  This PTF also
  supersedes UI92410, so that once this PTF is installed, the
  USERMOD SPH0002 will no longer affect SMPE install processing.
