  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * This APAR fixed customers' reported                          *
  * issues as well as the internal                               *
  * finding issues.                                              *

  Here is the list of fixed reported issues in this APAR:
  -The Db2ZAI monitor task that checks for server heartbeat
  during startup or stop is taking 60 minutes to issue the
  COYxxxxS message, which is too long of a wait time. This APAR
  changes the 60 minute wait time to a 5 minute wait time.
  -Backup pseudo-catalog job COYF050B did not complete
  successfully, and the COYBKC15 job abended with S322. The
  problem that caused the job not to complete successfully has
  been fixed.
  -The config.sh script did not allow some valid timezones. The
  script now allows all valid timezones.
  -Db2 shutdown would hang due to a long running Db2ZAI clean-up
  task. Also, this clean-up task can cause high CPU utilization
  in DBM1 address space. This clean-up task has been optimized to
  run faster and use less CPU.
  -Db2ZAI SQL dashboard showed incorrect metric values for
  baseline and current after clean-up. This apar fixes the
  incorrect metric values.
  -Db2ZAI SQL dashboard showed incorrect metric values for
  "Action to take now". This apar fixes this incorrect metric
  values.
  -When LOB space is over "" size. The unload job will fail.
  This apar moves the LOB columns to the end of the unload
  statements for SYSMLQAH and SYSMLQSH tablespaces.
  Here is the list of enhancements for this APAR:
  -This apar improves the performance of the following stored
  procedures: INSERT_UI_METRICS_15, CREATE_OFNR_SIMPLE_MODELS_15,
  CREATE_HVAR_SIMPLE_MODELS_15
  -This apar addes drop statements for objects
  -This apar addes revoke grant statements in all of the grant
  jobs
  -Forward fit the grant job changes from 1.5 to 1.6.
