Error description

• -FPA ANALYZE and TUNE function supports new keyword to adjust
  the allocation size of work data sets.
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of IDEA
  IMSFPSP-I-5.
  -FPA supports new keyword that changes the value of FILSZ
  specified in the SORT control statement to adjust the size of
  the work data set used by SORT.

  The new WKDS_SIZE_PCT keyword allows changing the allocation
  size of the work data set during the FPA and FP Stand-alone
  Database Sensor processing.
  The new SORTOPT_FILSZ_PCT keyword allows changing the value of
  FILSZ for internal sorting.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of IDEA
  requirement IMSFPSP-I-5.
