     the SMF type 101 section IDAA_ACCOUNT record.

Problem conclusion

• 1. The CONNECT_NAME and CONNECT_SYS_TYPE columns in the tables
     DB2_USER_TRAN_H and A_DB2_USERTRAN_I are populated
     from the SMF type 101 record.
  2. A new column CONNECT_TYPE_DESC describing the system
     connection type is added.
