APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• APAR PH45499 that allows to operate Db2 HPU against a Db2 V13
  subsystem requires a manual update - documented as a HOLD ACTION
   - of the INZ$$CCQ member of the Tools Customizer metadata
  related to Db2 HPU. The updated INZ$$CCQ member was not
  delivered as it requires an appropriate Tools Customizer
  maintenance level that allows to use this software against Db2
  V13 subsystems (APAR PH42701 needed).
  
  In order to avoid an error prone manual update, the updated
  INZ$$CCQ member should be systematically delivered along with
  the instruction (HOLD ACTION) to make sure APAR PH42701 is
  applied to IBM Tools Customizer for z/OS and to consider
  removing the ""<value>131</value>"" line from the INZ$$CCQ
  member if the application of the APAR to Tools Customizer cannot
  be done.
