  Sensor Data API used internally to retrieve name of HALDB
  partitions stored in Sensor Data repository may return incorrect
  partition name list to API caller.
  Therefore, if the incorrect partition name list is returned to
  the IMS Tools that uses this function of Sensor Data API, it
  will report information about unnecessary HALDB partitions.
