  Problem Description:
  Trading Manager v8.2.1.14 reports a lower record count in
  traffic report than actual output of files.

Problem conclusion

• Problem occurs when the buffer saving the information for the
  traffic report needs to be reallocated.  The function to ensure
  null termination in buffers was using an incorrect buffer size
  which caused the new reallocated buffer to be overlayed.

  Trading Manager 8.2.1.14 / 8.2.1.15
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
