Error description

• Object Compare incorrectly generates a REORG for a PAGENUM
  RELATIVE tablespace when increasing the DSSIZE at the tablespace
   level. The alter is allowed to be done immediately without a
  REORG. Object Compare should not generate a REORG in this case.

  Increasing the DSSIZE value for PAGENUM RELATIVE table spaces
  can be done immediately without a REORG operation. However,
  Object Compare generated an unnecessary REORG statement in this
  case. A REORG operation would still be needed if the new DSSIZE
  at the tablespace level is less than the value for any of the
  partitions.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed. Object Compare will not generate a
  REORG statement when increasing DSSIZE for PAGENUM RELATIVE
  table spaces.
