PH56386: PLUGIN TOPOLOGY GEN DOESN'T PERSIST ALL CONFIG VALUES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Plugin's Topology generation has two generation modes.  One
  will create or overwrite a Plugin-cfg.xml file all of which
  are the default values.  The other mode is to persist previous
  manual changes from the prior version into the new one.  The
  issue is that some new Config properties aren't being
  persisted and therefore are overwritten back to the default
  value.

Problem conclusion

• The Topology Plugin generation has been updated to persist
  those new Config values that were created from PH48747.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
