Error description

• NOT_ACCOUNT in tables KPM_DB2_USERTRAN_H and KPM_DB2_ENDUSER_H
  occasionally contains negative values.

  The column NOT_ACCOUNT may contain negative values if Db2 starts
  clocking time then does other work before adding the time in.
  

Problem conclusion

• If the calculation for NOT_ACCOUNT results in a negative value,
  the result will be set to zero.
