  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *
  *                      improve parser support for table space  *
  *                      DDL.                                    *
  ****************************************************************
  Some processes in Db2 Admin Tool accept DDL as input. The DDL is
  parsed to identify the keywords and values, but currently the
  syntax, semantics, and values are not verified. Therefore,
  errors will not be detected until the DDL is applied to Db2 much
  later in the process.
  
  The parser is being enhanced in stages to detect and report
  basic errors in the parsed DDL. This APAR adds the following
  checks for CREATE and ALTER TABLESPACE statements:
   - Check whether an attribute is specified more than once
   - Verify that exclusive options for ALTER TABLESPACE (such as
     DSSIZE) are not specified with any other option
   - Verify value ranges for some options. For example:
     - MAXPARTITIONS is in range 1-4096
     - FREEPAGE is in range 0-255
   - Verify that CREATE LOB TABLESPACE does not contain options
     that are not valid (such as SEGSIZE)
   - Verify some dependences between options. For example:
     - DSSIZE on partition level can be specified only if PAGENUM
       RELATIVE is specified
     - LOCKPART YES requires NUMPARTS
