PH56188: FILES UPLOADED FROM UDCLIENT USING THE OFFSET FLAG ARE EMPTY.

Error description

• After uploading files from udclient using the offset flag to
  place them in a subdirectory, downloading the files will produce
  empty files.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Create a Component "comp"
  2. Import a version "ver"
  3. Upload a file to a version(ver) under sub-folder(ver_sub) by
  using udclient command.
  udclient -weburl https://localhost:8443/ -username admin
  -password admin addVersionFiles -version ver -component
  helloWorld -base "D:\ZIP_TEST" -offset "ver_sub"
  Result: File will upload successfully, and we could see the file
  under version(ver) sub-folder(ver_sub)
  4. Download and open the file which is under the sub-folder.
  Result: We could see file is empty.
