• Panel ATYPM1B1 cannot be opened with the following error
  messages:
  x'0E' or x'0F' is invalid as an attribute character.
  Panel line where error was detected:
  0E TYPE(PS)

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The IMS Catalog Space and DBD/PSB       *
  *                      Analysis panel cannot be opened with    *
  *                      ISPF Dialog Error panel.                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  When user intends to open the panel of IMS Catalog Space and
  DBD/PSB Analysis for IMS Catalog and ACBLIB Management Function
  (the panel id is ATYPM1B1), it cannot be opened because of the
  following error messages in ISPF Dialog Error panel:
    ISPP904
    Panel 'ATYPM1B1' error
    x'0E' or x'0F' is invalid as an attribute character.
    Panel line where error was detected:
    0E TYPE(PS)
  
  This occures when user uses 3270 emulation software using the
  double-byte character set (DBCS).
  

Problem conclusion

• Panel ATYPM1B1 is changed not to use X'0E' as an attribute
  character.
