APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If RRS is not available in the system on which IIDR CDC for z/OS
  is running, CHC9210E message would be issued to state DB2 RRSAF
  IDENTIFY request has failed, the Return Code is X'00000008', the
  Reason Code is X'00F30091', then CDC z/OS address space suspends
  for shutdown and could not resume for replication even after the
  RRS is available. RRS is one of the z/OS components that are
  required by CDC z/OS to perform its functions, CDC z/OS should
  shut down itself instead of suspend if RRS is not available.
  

Local fix

• Recycle the CDC z/OS address space.
