Error description

  • When the ICS command is used with Utility History, panel
ADB2Z2H1, there is poor performance due to the SQL query
performing a tablespace scan on the SYSIBM.SYSCOPY table. The
SQL query should use TIMESTAMP conditions to utilize the DB2
provided SYSIBM.DSNUCH01 index or a user defined index for
faster queries.

When viewing utility history on panel ADB2Z2H1, the ICS command
has poor SQL performance, as it performs a table space
scan on the SYSIBM.SYSCOPY table.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The problem has been fixed. The SQL query will include TIMESTAMP
predicates so that it uses the Db2-provided SYSIBM.DSNUCH01
index or a user-defined index for faster queries.
