• Some 413 errors are not reported well and can be reported as 400

  When the WAS Plug-in is running in IHS 9.0 / Apache 2.4 and a
  request with a body whose Content-Length is over the servers
  LimitRequestBody, the error is converted from a HTTP 413 to HTTP
  400 and not logged clearly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WAS Plugin was updated to log the condition more clearly.
  In addition, IHS 9.0 was updated to log the condition in the
  error_log when first detected.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.25 and 9.0.5.18. For more information, see 'Recommended
