Problem conclusion
The WAS Plugin was updated to log the condition more clearly. In addition, IHS 9.0 was updated to log the condition in the error_log when first detected. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.25 and 9.0.5.18.
