Major Enhancements:
-------------------
1. DB2ZOMEGA-I-43: Support the core ("MVP") Application Trace
   Facility (ATF) functionality in the Enhanced 3270 UI.
   The function can be accessed using option "F" for a Db2
   subsystems selected in the "All Active DB2 Subsystems"
   workspace. For more details refer to section titled
   "Viewing active Db2 subsystems" in the OMEGAMON for Db2
   Enhanced 3270 User Interface documentation.
2. DB2ZOMEGA-I-63: Added a new sub-command INTERSEC to the
   REDUCE command to reduce data to intervals in seconds.
3. Support Db2 Profile Warning/Exception monitoring data as per
   IFCID 402 in Batch STATISTICS reports and PDB/CSV processing.
4. Support Distributed Data Facility (IFCID 3 QLAC dsect) and
   SQL Counts data (IFCID 3 QXST dsect) information as new
   E3270 Thread History Detail workspaces.

Other enhancements and fixes:

1. Add support for up to 16 OP buffers in the START TRACE
   command for Batch CRD (as per Db2 13 FL504).
2. Add DB2 requester types for CICS, Rest and Log reader tasks
   to Batch ACCOUNTING Trace report (QMDAPTYP=LRT/HTP/HTS/DFH).
3. Add IFCID 393 - Rebind free phase-out copy information
   to RECTRACE report.
4. Add Db2 counters QW0225RL, QW0225HVPagesInReal to E3270UI
   workspace KDPSTU2A ("Real and Auxiliary Storage").
