  CUSTJCL(#A5RACF2) generated by IMS Tools Setup 1.6 is incorrect.

  STARTED class profiles must have names with two qualifiers.
  IMS Tools Setup generates RDEFINE commands that define STARTED
  class profiles for HD Pointer Checker in CUSTJCL(#A5RACF2), but
  only one qualifier is specified for the profile name.
  The profile added by this command cannot assign a user ID to an
  STC job.
  
  In addition, the STARTED class profile names for the following
  IMS Tools have the same defect:
  - IMS Tools Base
  - IMS Index Builder
  - IMS Library Integrity Utilities
  - IMS Database Recovery Facility
  - IMS High Performance Change Accumulation Utility
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HKTQSETV has been modified to generate STARTED class
  profile names with two qualifiers.
