• A crash may occur in websphereGetStream of the web server
  plugin (version 8.5.5.24) when an extended handshake fails.

  crash may occur indicating the function websphereGetStream
  near the top of the call stack.
  

Problem conclusion

• An end quote (") was misplaced in a trace statement such that
  data was not passed to the function which is expected.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack

  The problem does not occur on WAS90.
