Error description

• When federated node name contain CellManager, install resource
  adapter for parse the node as dmgr cell.
  

Local fix

• change node name to not contain CellManager.

Problem conclusion

• An added check for customers using CellManager in node or cell
  names has been added to avoid this update error.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
