  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When navigating the Db2 catalog, the    *
  *                      existing views cannot be displayed      *
  *                      if the SYSENVIRONMENT catalog table     *
  *                      has no matching ENVID.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  When Db2 Administration Tool fetches information about views
  from the system catalog, no information can be retrieved if
  the ENVID value for the view has no counterpart record in
  SYSENVIRONMENT.
