  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR provides enhancements to check RECON ID consistency.
  When ITKB client updates or deletes the RECON ID, it checks
  whether the RECON ID has already been updated by other clients
  and cancels its own request if the RECON ID has been updated.
  Therefore, RECON ID data updated by other clients is retained,
  and the ITKB client attempts the action again on the updated
  RECON ID.
