*                 1.9.0 and IBM Z Performance and Capacity     *
*                 Analytics (IZPCA) 3.1.0 who use the DB2      *
*                 component, subcomponent 4 Accounting and     *
*                 Response Time Statistics.                    *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: For some Db2 transactions,  the time    *
*                      value (seconds) in columns ELAPSED_SEC  *
*                      and ELAPSED_DB2_SEC of table            *
*                      DB2_USER_TRAN_H does not reflect the    *
*                      duration of the program.                *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
****************************************************************
The computation for columns ELAPSED_SEC and ELAPSED_DB2_SEC
includes the data from the Db2 record that contains the elapsed
time of the Db2 parallel rollup tasks.
