APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Opening tables for EDIT or BROWSE not in SQL mode uses ORDER BY
  RID statement to avoid issues with EDIT mode in some cases. This
  should be limited only to cases when user asks for any other
  ordering.

  *                      amount because to be opened for EDIT    *
  *                      or BROWSE becuase of automatic addition *
  *                      of "ORDER BY RID" statement to the      *
  *                      SQL SELECT.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF                                *
  ****************************************************************
  Opening tables for EDIT or BROWSE without using the ETI$DPSC
  panel adds ORDER BY RID statement to avoid issues with EDIT mode
  in some cases.
  This APAR limits this behaviur to cases when the user selects
  any other ordering.
