* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In some instances following an upgrade  *
*                      to fixpack 16, the                      *
*                      "Customization Definition" panel may    *
*                      appear unavailable (greyed              *
*                      out).                                   *

* RECOMMENDATION:  Roll back the WebSphere Customization       *
*                  Toolbox                                     *
*                  (WCT) to the previous version or upgrade    *
*                  WCT                                         *
*                  to fixpack 17 or above.                     *
****************************************************************
In some instances following an upgrade to fixpack 16, the
"Customization Definition" panel may appear unavailable (greyed
out). This will not occur with a new install of WCT fixpack 16,
only during an upgrade from a previous version to WCT fixpack
16.
