Problem summary

  * Besides the new function, this APAR                          *
  * also fixes a defect. Message DSNT500I                        *
  * shows the incorrect resource type when                       *
  * a BIND/REBIND/FREE PACKAGE subcommand                        *
  * failed to get a collection lock due to                       *
  * timeout or deadlock. The resource type                       *
  * in the message is 00000802 which                             *
  * indicates BINDLOCK.                                          *
  * Resource type in the following two                           *
  * cases has the same problem.                                  *

  Besides the new function, this APAR also fixes a defect.
  Message DSNT500I shows the incorrect resource type when a
  BIND/REBIND/FREE PACKAGE subcommand failed to get a collection
  lock due to timeout or deadlock. The resource type in the
  message is 00000802 which indicates BINDLOCK.
  Resource type in the following two cases has the same problem.
  1. Console message DSNT501I issued by autobind.
  2. SQLCODE -904 issued by DROP PACKAGE
  With this APAR, the correct resource type 00000805 for
  COLLECTION is shown in the message.
  In addition, starting in function level V13R1M502 or higher,
  packages that are bound with DEPLEVEL(STATEMENT) can be marked
  invalid with VALID='S' by a DROP FUNCTION statement.
  However, after applying the PTF for APAR PH55497, Db2 always
  marks a package that is invalidated by a DROP FUNCTION
  statement with VALID='N'.
