PH55493: Z/OS CONNECT TRACKING TOKEN DATA EXPANDED IN IMS AND CEX INDEX RECORDS

Error description

• APAR PH53283 introduced support for the z/OS tracking token
  in the IMS PA IMS (CA01) and CEX (CA20) Transaction Index
  records. However, only the Unique Correlator portion of
  the token and its length were made available by that change.
  APAR PH55493 changes that behavior and the IMS PA Transaction
  Index records will now include all the token data (up to a
  limit of 64 bytes) as provided by OTMA.
  
  This APAR also corrects an ABEND0C4 out of IPI4PROC at x'22B8'.
