PH55488: AEXZ abend when processing a chunked WEB response

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CICS will issue INQUIRE_CONVERSION_SIZE with
  SEGMENTED(YES) to convert a chunked web response between CCSIDs.
  If there is a multibyte character caught between two chunks,
  INQUIRE_CONVERSION_SIZE will receive an exception with
  SOURCE_DATA_INCOMPLETE. The conversion from this point on
  finishes successfully, but CICS loses the data which was
  converted prior to the exception.
  
  The application will abend AEXZ.

  CICS has received a chunked HTTP response and is attempting to
  convert all the received chunks.A multi-byte character has
  been split between two chunks. During conversion the buffer
  proceeding the multi-byte character is lost.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHWBCL has been updated to handle multi-byte characters across
  chunks.
