Error description

• Customer is performing LOAD of UNICODE data with CHAR/VARCHAR
  or CLOB columns on MIXED=NO subsystems..
  The data loaded in to the destination table may contain invalid
  data for columns in Unicode with CCSID 1208..

  subsystems..
  

Problem conclusion

• Optim processing will be corrected to produce the correct
  LOAD statements.
