Problem conclusion

• This APAR adds support for Java 17 using IBM Semeru Runtime
  Certified Edition for z/OS. A minimum version of 17.0.7 is
  required. The CICS documentation will be updated to describe
  considerations for using Java 17.
  
  Java 17 is supported when used with:
   - CICS Liberty and CMCI JVM servers when using Liberty 23.0.0.9
     or higher (PH56753/PH56754)
   - CICS OSGi JVM servers
   - CICS Axis2 JVM servers at CICS TS 5.6 and higher
   - CICS assistants for web services, JSON, and XML
  
  IBM recommends testing in this new runtime; changes in behaviour
  are possible, changes in configuration may also be necessary.

  Java 17 is not supported when used with SAML JVM servers.
  
  Java 8 and 11 continue to be supported as they have been prior
  to this APAR.
  
  As part of this APAR, the Eclipse Equinox jar shipped with CICS
  has been updated to version 4.28. Apache Felix SCR embedded
  within Liberty, is also shipped within this APAR.
