Error description

• Data is incorrectly being tracked by z/OS for auditing and
  chargeback purposes for those Liberty product extensions that
  do not specify a product ID number.

  Data is incorrectly being tracked by z/OS for auditing and
  chargeback purposes for those Liberty product extensions that
  do not specify a product ID number (i.e.
  com.ibm.websphere.productPID=1234-567).
  This issue can be observed when viewing collected SMF type 89
  records that are collected for products with a product ID of
  UNKNOWN.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was updated to only register with z/OS those Liberty
  product extensions that define a product ID.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
