Error description

• ADFzCC samplib member hlq.SIPVSAM1(IPVMKDIR) ends with RC0
  even though the following message is received indicating
  a username was specified for the Chown command that is not
  known:
  
  FSUM6191 command: user "username" is unknown
  
  
  Also, the ADFzCC User Guide and Customization Guide and
  samplib member hlq.SIPVSAM1(IPVMKDIR) will be updated to state
  the userid associated with the ADFzCC server started task must
  be created prior to running samplib member IPVMKDIR.
