Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Users of Db2 Administration Tool for z/OS * * who generate DDL statements that have * * character constants larger than 4000 * * characters * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When formatting a generated DDL * * statement, only the first 4000 * * characters of large character constants * * are written. * **************************************************************** An internal limit caused large character constants to be truncated at 4000 characters when formatting DDL for output. This limit has been removed. As a result, character constants up to the maximum size of 32,704 are now properly formatted for output.
