PH55121: CICS DFHSJ1002 and NCDFE / CNFE for Class com/ibm/cics/router/Router in an Axis2 or Classpath JVM server

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After installing the JVMServer resource DFHAXIS that
  points to the JVM profile DFHJVMAX.jvmprofile, the
  following error is seen in MSGUSR :
  
  INSTALL JVMSERVER(DFHAXIS) GROUP(DFH$AXIS)
  DFHSJ0207 JVMSERVER DFHAXIS is running Java version 1.8.0.
  DFHSJ1002 The class com/ibm/cics/router/Router that was
            specified to be run in JVMSERVER DFHAXIS cannot
            be found.
  DFHSJ0915 JVMSERVER DFHAXIS is now enabled and is ready
            for use.
  
  And in the log file *.dfhjvmerr:

Local fix

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS users.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: NoClassDefFoundError in STDERR for      *
  *                      Axis2 and Classpath JVM server.         *
  ****************************************************************
  When enabling an Axis2 or Classpath JVM server, a
  NoClassDefFoundError occurs due to a ClassNotFoundException.
  These are written to STDERR (dfhjvmerr). The JVM server then
  continues to enable normally and will run with no adverse
  effects.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been updated so that these exceptions no longer occur.
