PH55010: IIDR FOR DB2 FOR Z/OS DISCONNECTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER ESTABLISHING CONNECTION TO ANOTHER AGENT OR ACCESS SERVER USING TLS 1.3

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IIDR forDb2 for z/OS will disconnect immediately after the first
  connection to another agent or Access Server that is configured
  to use TLS version 1.3
  and the message "CHC9500E TCP/IP ioctl("SIOCTTLSCTL") service
  call has failed. The returned errno is EINPROGRESS for value of
  1,103" will be issued.
  

Local fix

• Configure AT-TLS for TLS 1.2 only.

• The modules CHCCDXMN and CHCCITMN were modified to allow
  the connection for TLS version 1.3
