PH54975: ASN0651E error when LOB length is altered to make it larger

Error description

• ALTER TYPE that only changes the LENGTH is not replicated.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1- Capture gets an error when the LOB   *
  *                      length is altered.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  1- Commands such as ALTER TABLE ADMF001.LOBT1 ALTER COLUMN C3
  SET DATA TYPE CLOB(9M) makes Capture fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- The code is fixed to handle the alter of LOB column length
  for Q and SQL replication.
  ASNCLP was not updated.
