  * Access Control Module (DSNXRXAC).                            *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Users with database DBADM authority                          *
  * cannot drop views created for other                          *
  * users.                                                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Users with database DBADM authority can create views for
  other users when additional requirements are met. However,
  the same database administrator who created the view cannot
  drop the view.

• DSNXRXAC has been changed to allow users with DBADM authority
  on a database that contains at least one of the tables
  identified in the fullselect of the CREATE VIEW statement to
  drop a view when XAPLDBSP is set.
