  Enables activation of Db2 13 for z/OS function level V13R1M504.

  This APAR also modifies the Db2-supplied installation and
  migration jobs listed in Table 1 in the prefix.SDSNSAMP
  target library. The main changes to these sample jobs are
  described in Table 1.
