Error description

• Advanced ACBGEN causes ABENDS0C3 when BUILD PSB=ALL is specified
  and it processes ACB library on an extended address volume
  (EAV). The error is caused by XDAP macro to clear ACB library
  because XDAP macro does not support an extended address volume.

  This APAR fixes the Advanced ACBGEN utility not to cause
  ABENDS0C3 when BUILD PSB=ALL is specified and the utility
  processes ACB library on an extended address volume (EAV
  volume).
  The error was caused by the XDAP macro when the utility used
  the XDAP macro to clear the directory entry of the ACB library
  because the XDAP macro does not support an extended address
  volume(EAV volume).
  
  This APAR modifies the Advanced ACBGEN utility to uses STOW and
  I option instead of using the XDAP macro.
