Problem summary

  * All Db2 13 for z/OS users of views.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Users with database DBADM authority                          *
  * can CREATE views for others with the                         *
  * DBACRVW subsystem parameter set.                             *
  * However, after the view is created                           *
  * that user cannot manage the view                             *
  * without elevated authorities or                              *
  * privileges.                                                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  With the DBACRVW subsystem parameter, a user with database
  DBADM authority can create views for other users if the views
  are based on at least one table in a database where the DBADM
  authority is held.  However, if the view definition has to be
  changed or verified then the DBADM user who created the view
  cannot DROP or SELECT from the view.

• Code has been changed so that if the DBACRVW subsystem
  parameter is on, then a user with DBADM authority on a
  database that contains at least one of the tables identified
  in the fullselect of the CREATE VIEW statement can now DROP
  the view.  Also, if a user has all the necessary privileges
  on the objects identified in the fullselect of the CREATE
  VIEW statement, the user can now SELECT the view.
