PH54856: MQ Z/OS: A DUMP FOR ABEND5C6-00C53002 DID NOT CONTAIN THE CSQ_ADMIN CF STRUCTURE

Error description

• A dump occurred with the title:
  ABN=5C6-00C53002,U=xxxxxx   ,C=MQ900.930.CFM
  -CSQEWUOW,M=CSQGFRCV,LOC=CSQELPLM.CSQEWUOW
  
  The abend reason code 00C53002 means:
  The queue manager cannot use the administration structure
  because the administration structure is full and remains full
  despite repeated attempts to wait for space to become available.
  
  Because the CSQ_ADMIN structure was not in the dump, it is not
  obvious what caused it to fill.
  
  Usually, the CSQ_ADMIN and CSQSYSAPPL CF structures are dumped
  for 5C6-00C5xxxx and 5C6-00F5xxxx abends as well as for all
  abends in CFM and Db2 manager modules. With APAR PH31540
  applied, sometimes an application CF structure is also dumped.
  
  The problem where the structure is not dumped exists for
  certain code paths where a temporary dynamic ASCE is allocated
  for a task doing MQ-RRS commit/abort processing in
  CSQ3RRSX/CSQ3RRSM. An example of this type of processing is
  with Db2 stored procedures.

  structure data was relevant for this abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to include virtual storage containing
  coupling facility data in dumps for 5C6-00C53002 abends.
