Error description

  • â œResults Server: Suite Summary Report⠝  hyper link in
    Summary Suite Test Report email notification does not redirect
    users to Result Gallery page in RTCP portal.
    
    Actual:
    
    a) As soon you click on the hyperlink, it takes user to login
    page/home page of RTCP portal. And user needs to navigate
    manually to view detail suite summary reports in Result Gallery.

    Expected:
    
    a) Clicking on hyper link should redirect users to login page
    (if its required) and then â œResults Server: Suite Summary
    Report⠝ without any manual interventions.

Problem summary

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
    * When using an email results publisher as part of test suite  *
    * execution, if the email included a link to the hosted        *
    * results within Rational Test Control Panel then this link    *
    * did not take the user directly to the specific results.      *

Problem conclusion

  • In Rational Integration Tester and Rational Integration Tester
    Agent 10.5.4 the link within the body of the results email will
    now take the user to the correct results.
